"Sweetness is... definitely there"
It’s a bit too sweet for my taste, which is ironic because I usually have no problem with sweet stuff. Not terrible, just a little much.

I tried a few of Lily’s chocolates i was impressed. The flavor is really nice without being overly sweet, and I didn’t get that weird aftertaste some lower-sugar chocolates have. I kept noticing small things too, like how smooth the chocolate felt and how it didn’t leave that chalky feeling in my mouth. It just tasted like regular chocolate, which is exactly what I was hoping for

"Soft, fresh, and just really nice"
Tried it not expecting much. But yeah, it was good. Really soft texture, tasted fresh too, like it hadn’t been sitting around. I kept going back for another bite. Would definitely order it again.

"Perfect for Me as a Low-Sugar Snack"
As someone who’s been trying to stick to a low-sugar diet, Lily’s has been such a good find. It still tastes like real chocolate, without that weird fake-sweetener aftertaste some other brands have. The ingredients fit what I’m looking for, so I feel good keeping it around when I want something sweet.

"Packaging arrived in really good shape"
My order from Lily's got here packaged really well. No dents, nothing broken, and the box looked clean too. Everything inside was totally fine, so I’m happy with it overall. No complants.

"Good variety, but there’s room to grow"
I browsed Lilys.com they do have a decent mix of products. I found a few things I liked, and some categories actually had "more options" than I was expecting.

That said, a few other sections felt a little thin, so the shopping experience was kind of hit or miss. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish there was "more variety" in certain areas

"Finally, an order that didn’t go wrong"
I was expecting some sort of delay or problem because that’s usually how things go for me, but this showed up way faster than I thought. It was packed fine too, so for once I didn’t have to deal with anything annoying. Happy with it

"Customer service was okay, but not amazing"
I had to reach out to lilys.com about my order because I didn’t get any update for few days. The response was polite enough, but it took longer than I was expecting, so that was a bit frustrating.
They did sort out the issue in the end, so it wasn’t terrible experience or anything. I just wish support was little faster and more clear with what was going on.

"I like that the ingredients are simple..."
I like that the ingredients are simple and not full of weird stuff. The chocolate flavor tastes real too, like actually good good, and I didn’t notice any odd aftertaste
